Conditions
- Check-in: daily from 2 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
- Check-out: daily from 10 a.m.
- Call to notify in case of delay from the agreed time.
- Guests will be asked for a valid identification document
Penality
- No penalty will be charged for cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- From the 13th to the 5th day prior to arrival, an amount equal to 40% of the price due will be charged.
- From the 4th day after arrival, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Rules
- Smoking is prohibited. It is only allowed in outdoor spaces
- It is forbidden to organize parties and events
- It is forbidden to accommodate other people than those using the service
- Avoid shouting and adopt appropriate behavior in respect of good neighborliness
- Animals are not allowed
- Before leaving, please turn off all lights, air conditioning , close windows and throw garbage in the appropriate recycling bins. Clean the stove and any dishes used during the stay
